HELLO MARCH!!!

Another year is flying by me! Its already March, before I know it, it will be Xmas again!!

Yes summer is gone! Im not a huge fan of summer and Im glad that its not back to December.

Well there is so much happening for myself and Magical Cake Creations! Not much can be said at this stage but lots of news things happening and exciting things for myself and Magical Cake Creations! So keep posted as these all take place!!

Hand Made Cake or Cupcake Stand

I can make them in any colour or any theme to suit the special occasion.

I can also do any from 2 tier to a 5 or 7 tier (depending on what available at the time of making).

They hold approx 35-45 cupcakes and the center one fits a small (woothworths mudcake size) cake on it.

They start at $15 for a 2 tier cake or cupcake stand.

Im now posting tins out of my area!

Conditions are set a little different to pick up/drop off.

Bond: $40 (returned when tin returned in good condition. Cash Bond only)
Hire Price: $10 for 14 days
Postage: $12.50 registered post (must be posted back in registered post)
Late Fee: $2.00 for each day the tin is late after the 14th day. (late fee is taken out of the bond).

Business cards/flyers finally made..2 tin being hired!!

hi,

Its been a little while since I posted, things have gone a little slow. I have stopped buying things for now and waiting for my tax to be done and then I will get back into buying more tins and cake supplies. On a good note I do have 2 people hiring cakes tins tomorrow! (YAY) I have sold some cake toppers as well which she asked for to use with a cake tin. And then a friend of mine is hiring the TTT tin for her 1 year old.

Oh I also nearly fogot I have my flyers and business cards made up! Have now for about 1 month, just being putting them around my area and hoping that it will take off, word of mouth is the main way I will get this off the ground.

Im also waiting for my tax to get my sign made for my house =) which is the same as my business cards. And then maybe might get one shirtmade too, when I have my shop in the back room. (Atm there is a boarder in there and waiting for him to move out, then Im all set..So excited, have many ideas!!)

I am so excited that now I can hire out Chocolate Moulds! Trying to get that right chocolate mould can be so stressful! And then they all get shoved into the back of a cupboard and not seen for a while.... Now they can hired!!

I have also got for hire too is the tool to melt chocolate (the safe way! lol). Im a sucker for chocolate.... hehehe

I have to get around to posting pics of the ones I do have. There are a few Christmas ones and Easter ones also. I do also have lollypop ones..

I can also get the colouring to colour chocolate, best to use with white chocolate.

I can also get the fillings for chocolates too, which is pretty cool to be able to make your own favourite flavoured choccys....mmmmm.....*drooling*

Long time no post...Im sorry for this..Being a little busy, with family life and all the bits and pieces. Here I have now got a "power Rangers Tin"

Baby Shower Giant Cupcake and little Cupcakes....

this is the lastest creation by me! Its for a friends sister baby shower..The giant cupcake is: base is whiye choc and raspberry. The top is vanilla. The icing on the cupcake is choc buttercream. The top is white buttercream. The cake stand is mine, Wilton Silly Feet single cake stand...

The pink cupcakes have milk bottles (milk bottle lollies) and the blue cupcakes have baby bibs that are made from white icing(orchard). Done pink and blue as she doesnt know what she is having...The top of the giant cupcake has stars and a butterfly on it, made from white icing (orchard).

Purple girls 16th - Frangipani and Butterflies Homemade Cupcake Stand

Here I have made my neighbour for her Daughters 16th on this weekend, a homemade cupcake stand. It turned out better then I thought! Has a large 1 and 6 that I painted and added the butterflies too. The board has frangipanis on it as well as Butterflies, middle board has glitter all over it and a bead line on all 3 boards (at the front of boards) and been purple her favourite colour it was fun to make!!

Sneak Peak at Home Made Cupcake Stand & Cupcake Ice-Creams

I couldnt wait to show you what my home made cupcake stands look like!

So here is a sneak peak.... Not finished...as in my before post, can do any colour or theme you like...

Here are my cupcake ice-creams...The kids were pushing to eat them and the icing didnt work! Grrrr lol

But they must taste alright, no complaints....

How to make:

Cake packet mix

Ice cream cones, the ones that stand flat.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

Mix cake mix to as packet says...

Only fill ice cream cones to just over half way, other wise the rise to high.

Stand cones in a cupcake tin, helps better for the oven.

Cook for about 13min or to done...

cool, and ice with your fav icing.....

Pics taken a little hurry, due to kids...but will make again when kids arent home amd decorate them better!

Here is a small and large Dolly Varden cake tins....

*** I have also started making cupcake stands for hire or sale......will show picture when I finished the first one Im making...Im in the process of making a girls pink & white butterfly cupcake stand...Holds about 41 cupcakes and the centre bit can hold a small round or square cake...or if you like more cupcakes...very pretty...Not sure how well it might take off so Im going to make a boys one, blue and white one maybe with cars and trucks. A baby shower one of lemon and light green with booties and bibs on it, maybe even nappies. And I might also do a wedding one black and white. I can also make what ever one your after in your choice of colours and theme. Can also post! Just updating I havent been in here for some time....sorry about that...

I have gone on the 'go slow' atm, with Easter only around the corner and OMG my little man, Chase is turning 2 on this Saturday and having to clean massively tomorrow and then bake and cook all day on Friday!
